Advion ant gel bait: a formulation fit for feeding habits
Ant feeding preferences can change over time from sweet foods, such as honeydew, to proteins to oils. The formulation of Advion® ant gel bait takes this into account by combining foodgrade inert carriers, highly effective attractants and carbohydrates to enhance the appeal to targeted ants. This means Advion ant gel bait provides control of 19 key ant species, including sweet feeding ants, which is more than any other ant gel bait on the market.
Ant control can be compromised when other food sources are in the same area as an ant bait. However, the formulation of Advion ant gel bait is so attractive that ants have been shown to favor it over other food sources. The slight delay in ant mortality, caused by the active ingredient, indoxacarb, also allows ants to consume the bait and return to the nest to share with other ants.
Optigard ant gel bait: convenience for your customers and your business operations
Your customers expect an ant treatment that won’t disrupt their day-to-day activities. The clear, odorless formulation of Optigard® ant gel bait can control a variety of ant species, including Argentine, carpenter and odorous house ants, without staining treated surfaces or giving off a strong smell. Optigard ant gel bait is also known for its durability under harsh environmental conditions, and ants will continue to feed on Optigard ant gel bait even if the product dries out over time.
The packaging of Optigard ant gel bait was made with your technicians in mind. It is available in ready-to-use, 30-gram syringes that can be used to apply Optigard ant gel bait indoors and outdoors to areas such as attics, crawl spaces and behind kitchen appliances. Once applied, the consistency of Optigard ant gel bait makes it easy for ants to carry it back to the colony and share with their nestmates.
